چکیده
The Fe3’ and OHin this unit are chemically bound to each other. If the concentration of ferric iron is high enough, the formation of complex species may also involve association of monomeric units to give dimers “Polynuclear” complexes are defined by Baes and Mesmer (1976, p. 2) as complexes containing more than one cation. This is a broader definition than the one implied above for polymeric species. The term “polynuclear” will not be used in this book.
